Organic Blueberry Spread on Toast

This no-added-sugar blueberry spread was surprisingly syrupy, which made an ideal companion for the spongy toast.

Organic Bean Curd Pudding

The distinctive aromatic flavour of the bean curd was enhanced by the ginger sugar.

Delicious!

 

Prawns with Organic Pasta in Tomato Sauce

The pasta was perfectly cooked and served with an appetising sauce.

I like it!

 

Pastrami with Green Salad

Cucumber and tomatoes, crispy and juicy, made a natural partner for the succulent roast beef. I emptied the plate even though I had “given up” beef for quite some time.

So Fresh!
