Cooking Method
- Soak the rice paper rounds in water until they are a bit soft. Drain and set aside.
- Sprinkle the peppermint leaves on a rice paper, then spread out the mango, strawberries and blueberries on it. Roll it up. Serve with rose honey.
Rose Honey
Cooking Method
- Heat the rose buds, honey and water over low heat for a while.
- Let stand in room temperature for 20 minutes until the aroma of rose buds seeps into the liquid. Set aside to cool.
