Grilled Sandwich with Cheese and Egg

Cheese is rich in calcium; 1.5 slice of cheese contains an amount of calcium equivalent to that from one cup of milk. As it contains a lower level of lactose than milk, it is more suitable for those who are lactose-intolerant.

Egg | 1 | Low-fat cheese | 1 slice | Bread | 2 slices | Canola-olive oil | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cooking Method
- Preheat the sandwich grill.
- Beat the egg. Let stand.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the beaten egg. Quick-stir to fry until done. Let stand.
- Put a slice of bread in the sandwich grill. Put the cheese and the scrambled egg on. Top with the other slice of bread, and grill for three minutes to serve.
