Alfred HUI eating in EatSmart Restaurants

What do you do when you want to eat out in a quality restaurant? Do you browse dining websites? Read gourmet guides? Ask your friends for comments? Have you ever thought about the comments from celebrities as well?

In order to promote the brand of “EatSmart Restaurant” to the public, the Department of Health has invited Alfred HUI, a Canto-pop singer, to present several unique EatSmart Restaurants to readers in a vivid style, with his interesting comments on some EatSmart Dishes. The reportage appeared in eight consecutive issues of Sudden Weekly magazine between May and June. It is hoped that the magazine column would serve to promote healthy eating to the public and help member restaurants boost their sales further.

New posters for the EatSmart@restaurant.hk Campaign

EatSmart Restaurants are devoted to the cause of providing diners with delicious and yet nutritious choices; the restaurants prepare their EatSmart Dishes with a variety of superb materials and cooking methods. It is hoped that the public will have more delicious and healthier food choices even when dining out. In order to promote your effort to the public, we have designed a new poster, which were sent by post to you in July for display.
