Cooking Method
- Preheat the steamer to 65°C.
- Season the chicken breast with salt. Steam for about 20 minutes until thoroughly done. Let cool, then slice. Set aside.
- Mix the ground flaxseed and low-fat salad dressing. Add the chicken breast slices and mix well.
- Place the lettuce leaf and tomato slices on a slice of bread, and then spread the chicken breast over. Top with the other slice of bread and serve.
