    Steamed lobster meat is firm and succulent, which matches perfectly with tender egg white and soaked choy sum which is particularly fresh.

     

  3. Poached Whole Tomato Stuffed with Mixed Mushrooms

    The innovative dish features a combination of mushrooms – oyster mushroom, king oyster mushroom, etc. - stuffed in a perfectly grilled tomato, giving a new and mixed taste.

     

  4. Stir-fried Sea Cucumber with Vegetables

    The springy sea cucumber from Sabah blends well with a medley of lotus root, celery, ginkgo, white fungus, wolfberries, sweet beans as well as yellow and green capsciums to give a tender yet crunchy delight.
