Japanese Ramen Noodle (raw) |

Japanese Snow Crab Stick |
50 g |
Cucumber (shredded) |
30 g |
Carrot (shredded) |
30 g |
Cabbage (shredded) |
30 g |
Onion (shredded) |
30 g |
Sauce |
Japanese Soya Sauce |
2 teaspoons |
Mirin |
2 teaspoons |
Sake |
2 teaspoons |
Water |
3 teaspoons |
Rock Sugar |
2 g |
Cooking Method
- Bring water to a boil. Cook ramen noodle until done. Transfer to a plate. Set aside.
- Blanch cucumber, carrot, cabbage and onion. Place them over noodle.
- Lightly branch crab stick. Place on vegetable mixture. Serve with sauce on side.
Making Sauce
- Heat all ingredients till rock sugar dissolved.
