Lean Meat (chopped)

40 g (1 tael)

Egg

4 pieces

Cornstarch
|
for taste

Soya Bean Oil
|
3 teaspoons
|
Seasonings

Salt
|
1/3 teaspoon
|
Cooking Method
- Blanch bitter gourd and lean meat. Set aside.
- Add salt and cornstarch to eggs. Beat well. Add bitter gourd and lean meat. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a wok. Pour egg mixture and cook till it set. Done.
