Bitter Gourd and Minced Pork Omelette

Ingredients to serve 4 | Bitter Gourd (shredded) | 80 g | Lean Meat (chopped) | 40 g (1 tael) | Egg | 4 pieces | Cornstarch | for taste | Soya Bean Oil | 3 teaspoons | Seasonings | Salt | 1/3 teaspoon |
Cooking Method - Blanch bitter gourd and lean meat. Set aside.
- Add salt and cornstarch to eggs. Beat well. Add bitter gourd and lean meat. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a wok. Pour egg mixture and cook till it set. Done.
