Vangie the most lovable dishes

Steamed Egg White with Minced Pork, Mango and Pumpkin

"The steamed egg dish features savoury pumpkin and sweet and juicy mango slices, while the corn adds a crusty touch. Vangie likens it to “a piece of cheese cake. It is so fresh and tasty.”

 

Sautéed Baby Cabbage with Low-fat Milk

Chinese baby cabbage is soaked in soup and low-fat milk. Vangie: “the flavour is rich, savoury, and the dish is not oily”.

 

Seasonal Vegetables with Assorted Mushrooms in Supreme Broth

Assorted mushrooms are cooked in water, dark soya sauce and white wine, and the result is fresh and tasty. Vangie says she recommends it to vegans.

 

Baked Pomfret with Ginger Sauce

Whole pomfret, seasoned with spring onionand ginger juice, is grilled in foil, which helps retain the moisture and the delicate flavour of the fish.

 

Baked King Prawns with Oat & Basil

King prawns, covered by a layer of oats, are wrapped in foil and grilled. Vangie: "the prawn is firm, and yet tender, and has a rich taste.
