Kit MAK – Using Herbs
Kit MAK – Using Herbs Kit MAK is a recipe designer, a food columnist as well as a television and web-based cooking show host. Kit is renowned for being a “chef nouveau”, who likes to add a modern touch to traditional recipes by using herbs, fruits and vegetables in her dishes.

Kit MAK – Using Herbs Kit observes that more and more people have adopted a healthy way of eating, and healthy food such as brown rice and vegetable oils are becoming more popular.

Some of her cooking tips are as follows:
Salad Smashed banana, herbs or cucumber with low fat milk is a wonderful salad dressing.
Stewing Dish The boiling of frozen oyster in a wok can make a sauce for stewing dishes.
Western Soup The taste of soup can be enriched by the addition of potatoes.
Dessert The flavour of low fat milk in a dessert can be brought out by the addition of a little bit of salt.
