Festive Menu: Noah's Ark

Ingredients (Serve 1):
Sole Fillet
1 piece
Capsicum (tricolour)
1/2 piece each
Celery
1/2 stalk
Onion
1/4 piece
Cucumber
1/2 piece (for garnishment)
Seasonings:
Table Salt
1/4 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 teaspoon
Ground White Pepper
1/4 teaspoon
Parsley (dry)
1/4 teaspoon
Ground Cumin Seed
1/4 teaspoon
Egg White
2 pieces
Plain Flour
2 teaspoons
Cooking Method:
1.
Marinade the fish fillet with the Seasonings. Lightly coat with some plain flour. Set aside.
2.
Rinse the capsicums, celery and onion. Blend into juice. Set aside.
3.
Rinse, deseed and slice the cucumber. Set aside.
4.
Heat up a frying-pan, pan-fry the fish fillet over low heat until done. Transfer to a plate.
5.
In the frying pan, bring the vegetable juice to a boil. Pour it over the fish fillet. Garnish with the cucumber slices and serve.
