Dick LEE - The Holiday Chef
Mr. Dick LEE, the former Commissioner of Police, once shouldered the responsibility of keeping Hong Kong one of the safest and most stable societies in the world. It is not hard to imagine him holding onto a gun, but what about a cooking pan? Don't be surprised! Let's see what he has to share about healthy eating and cooking.

Cooking helps you concentrate!

Mr. Dick LEE loves to cook even as a child. His mother was born in Shandong and she made very delicious Beijing dumplings, hand-made noodles and food. He learned the know-how as he watched her cooking for them. After joining the Police Force, He spent his leisure time in the kitchen as cooking helped him relax and put work behind his mind . It is especially satisfying when his friends and family appreciate the dishes he prepares for them.
