EatSmart Promotion Programme

The information on this list is provided by restaurants on a voluntary basis and is accurate on the date of submission. The relevant restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of the information. In case of any changes to the submitted information, the relevant restaurants are required to inform the Department of Health as soon as practicable, so that the list can provide the most up-to-date information subject to the following conditions:

1. The information on this list is for reference only. Whilst the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (hereinafter referred to as “Government”) expects that restaurants provide the most accurate and updated information, the Government accepts no responsibility for ensuring validity, accuracy or completeness of any information so contained.
2. While the information on this list will be updated as soon as practicable, the Government does not make any warranty or assume any responsibility in relation to the information, including but not limited to any updating of information within a specified period or at any time.
3. The Government shall not be liable for any claim, loss or damage arising out of or in relation to the use of the information on the list by any person in any manner anywhere.
