Mixed Mushrooms with Garlic
Danica YAU, accredited practising dietitian (Australia) and editor of HKDA , said, "Mushrooms are highly nutritious. Being low in fat, high in fibre and rich in vitamins and minerals, they are healthy ingredients for dishes."
Ingredients: (to serve 2)
Fresh straw mushrooms | 10 |
Fresh oyster mushrooms | 10 |
Enokitake mushrooms | 1/2 bag (100 g) |
Canola oil | 2 teaspoons |
Crushed garlic | Some |
Black pepper, crushed | 1/4 teaspoon |
Seasonings:
Light soya sauce | 1 teaspoons |
Chicken stock | 1 teaspoon |
Cooking Method:
1. | Blanch the straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and enokitake mushrooms. Drain and set aside. |
2. | Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry the garlic and black pepper until the smell comes out. Add the mushrooms, and then the seasonings. Stir-fry until well done. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 180°C for 3 minutes and serve. |
