Mixed Mushrooms with Garlic

Ingredients: (to serve 2)
|Fresh straw mushrooms||10|
|Fresh oyster mushrooms||10|
|Enokitake mushrooms||1/2 bag (100 g)|
|Canola oil||2 teaspoons|
|Black pepper, crushed||1/4 teaspoon|
|Light soya sauce||1 teaspoons|
|Chicken stock||1 teaspoon|
|1.||Blanch the straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and enokitake mushrooms. Drain and set aside.|
|2.||Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry the garlic and black pepper until the smell comes out. Add the mushrooms, and then the seasonings. Stir-fry until well done. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 180°C for 3 minutes and serve.|
