Mixed Mushrooms with Garlic

Ingredients: (to serve 2)
Fresh straw mushrooms10
Fresh oyster mushrooms10
Enokitake mushrooms1/2 bag (100 g)
Canola oil2 teaspoons
Crushed garlicSome
Black pepper, crushed1/4 teaspoon
Light soya sauce1 teaspoons
Chicken stock1 teaspoon
Cooking Method:
1.Blanch the straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and enokitake mushrooms. Drain and set aside.
2.Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry the garlic and black pepper until the smell comes out. Add the mushrooms, and then the seasonings. Stir-fry until well done. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 180°C for 3 minutes and serve.
