Stir-fried Grouper with Sweet Peppers and Dragon Fruit

Ingredients (Serve 4):
Grouper (sliced)4 taels
Canola oil3 teaspoons
Red pepper, diced1/2
Green pepper, diced1/2
Yellow pepper, diced1/2
Dragon fruit, diced1/2
Seasonings:
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Sugar1/5 teaspoon
Cornstarch1 teaspoon
Water2 tablespoon
Ingredients for marinade:
Salt1/4 teaspoon
Cornstarch1 teaspoon
Ground white pepperSome
White from egg1
Cooking Method:
1.Marinate the grouper for 5 minutes. Blanch and let stand.
2.Heat the wok. Pour in oil. Stir-fry the sweet peppers and dragon fruit until the smell comes out.
3.Add the grouper and keep stir-frying. Add the seasoning, and serve.
