Grilled Sandwich with Cheese and Egg
Sylvia LAM, Chairlady of Hong Kong Dietitians Association, said "Cheese is rich in calcium; 1.5 slice of cheese contains an amount of calcium equivalent to that from one cup of milk. As it contains a lower level of lactose than milk, it is more suitable for those who are lactose-intolerant."
Ingredients (Serve 1):
|Low-fat cheese||1 slice|
|Canola-olive oil||1/2 teaspoon|
|1.||Preheat the sandwich grill.|
|2.||Beat the egg. Let stand.|
|3.||Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the beaten egg. Quick-stir to fry until done. Let stand.|
