Fruit Rolls in Rice Sheets Served with Rose Honey
Sylvia LAM, Chairlady of Hong Kong Dietitians Association, said "A dish like this, made with a great variety of fruits, is not only appetising; but also can provide numerous nutrients, like vitamins A, C and fibre. The dish is low in calories and thus most suitable for people on diet."
Ingredients (Serve 4):
|Vietnamese rice paper rounds||4|
|Mango, seeded and sliced||1|
Ingredients of Rose Honey :
|Dried rose buds||3g|
Cooking Method of Rose Honey:
|1.||Heat the rose buds, honey and water over low heat for a while.|
|2.||Let stand in room temperature for 20 minutes until the aroma of rose buds seeps into the liquid. Set aside to cool.|
|1.||Soak the rice paper rounds in water until they are a bit soft. Drain and set aside.|
|2.||Sprinkle the peppermint leaves on a rice paper, then spread out the mango, strawberries and blueberries on it. Roll it up. Serve with rose honey.|
