Fruit Rolls in Rice Sheets Served with Rose Honey

Ingredients (Serve 4):
Vietnamese rice paper rounds4
WaterSome
Peppermint leaves4
Mango, seeded and sliced1
Strawberries, sliced4
Blueberries, halved40g
Rose honeySome
Ingredients of Rose Honey :
Dried rose buds3g
Honey1/2 cup
Water1 tablespoon
Cooking Method of Rose Honey:
1.Heat the rose buds, honey and water over low heat for a while.
2.Let stand in room temperature for 20 minutes until the aroma of rose buds seeps into the liquid. Set aside to cool.
Cooking Method:
1.Soak the rice paper rounds in water until they are a bit soft. Drain and set aside.
2.Sprinkle the peppermint leaves on a rice paper, then spread out the mango, strawberries and blueberries on it. Roll it up. Serve with rose honey.
