Pineapple Chicken Kebab

Ingredients (Serve 1):
Skinless Chicken60 gm
Lettuce (small, cut into chunks)1/3 piece
Tomato (sliced)4 slices
Cucumber (thickly sliced)3 slices
Canned Pineapple in Juice6 pieces
Lebanese Bread1 piece
Salad Vegetables20 gm
Low-fat Plain Yoghurt2 tablespoons
Corianderabout 1/5 teaspoon
Ground Nutmegabout 1/5 teaspoon
Paprikaabout 1/5 teaspoo
Ground Garlicabout 1/5 teaspoon
Ground Cuminabout 1/5 teaspoon
Ground White Pepperabout 1/5 teaspoo
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Cooking Method:
1.Combine all seasoning. Mixed well. Set aside.
2.Marinate chicken with 1/5 teaspoon of Seasonings. Grill until done.
3.Thinly slice the chicken. Set aside.
4.Stuff chicken, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and pineapple in the Lebanese bread and roll up. Bake for 2 minutes.
5.Cut the roll in half. Garnish with salad vegetables. Serve with low fat plain yoghurt.
