Bitter Gourd and Minced Pork Omelette

Ingredients (Serve 4):
|Bitter Gourd (shredded)||80 gm|
|Lean Meat (chopped)||40 gm (1 tael)|
|Corn starch||for taste|
|Soya Bean Oil||3 teaspoons|
|1.||Blanch bitter gourd and lean meat. Set aside.|
|2.||Add salt and cornstarch to eggs. Beat well. Add bitter gourd and lean meat. Mix well.|
|3.||Heat oil in a wok. Pour egg mixture and cook till it set. Done.|
