Bitter Gourd and Minced Pork Omelette

Ingredients (Serve 4):
Bitter Gourd (shredded)80 gm
Lean Meat (chopped)40 gm (1 tael)
Egg4 pieces
Corn starchfor taste
Soya Bean Oil3 teaspoons
Seasonings:
Salt1/3 teaspoon
Cooking Method:
1.Blanch bitter gourd and lean meat. Set aside.
2.Add salt and cornstarch to eggs. Beat well. Add bitter gourd and lean meat. Mix well.
3.Heat oil in a wok. Pour egg mixture and cook till it set. Done.
