Bitter Gourd and Minced Pork Omelette

Ingredients (Serve 4):
| Bitter Gourd (shredded) | 80 gm |
| Lean Meat (chopped) | 40 gm (1 tael) |
| Egg | 4 pieces |
| Corn starch | for taste |
| Soya Bean Oil | 3 teaspoons |
Seasonings:
| Salt | 1/3 teaspoon |
Cooking Method:
| 1. | Blanch bitter gourd and lean meat. Set aside. |
| 2. | Add salt and cornstarch to eggs. Beat well. Add bitter gourd and lean meat. Mix well. |
| 3. | Heat oil in a wok. Pour egg mixture and cook till it set. Done. |
