Soba Noodles with Assorted Fruits and Sea Buckthorn Seed
Soba noodles blended with various kinds of fruits are rich in dietary fibre. The use of sea buckthorn seed vinegar makes the dish more appetizing.
Ingredients (Serve 4):
Soba Noodles | 150 gm |
Orange | 30 gm |
Apple | 30 gm |
Dried Fig | 20 gm |
Dried Apricot | 20 gm |
Cooking Method:
1. | Soak soba noodles in cold water. |
2. | Peel and dice orange and apple. Set aside. |
3. | Finely dice dried fig and apricot. Set aside. |
4. | Place soba noodles on a plate, sprinkle with fresh and dried fruits. |
5. | Pour sauce over and serve. |
Sea Buckthorn Seed Vinegar - Ingredients
Sea Buckthorn Seed | 50 gm |
Red Wine Vinegar | 3 tablespoons |
Water | 6 tablespoons |
Sea salt | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cane Sugar | 1/2 teaspoon |
Olive oil | 1/2 teaspoon |
Cooking Method:
1. | Mix all Ingredients well by a mixer. |
