Chicken Cubes with Fresh Asparagus, Pine Nuts and Homemade Bread
Traditional sesame homemade bread is served along with healthy Ingredients like fresh asparagus and pine nuts. This adds variety to the dish.
Ingredients (Serve 4):
Olive Oil | 1 teaspoon |
Sesame | 150 gm |
Minced Chicken | 100 gm |
Fresh Asparagus | 50 gm |
Pine Nuts | 20 gm |
Water Chestnut | 50 gm |
Cooking Method:
1. | Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry minced chicken until aromatic. |
2. | Add all remaining Ingredients and saute until done. Transfer to a serving plate. |
3. | Serve with sesame homemade bread. |
Sesame Homemade Bread - Ingredients:
Flour | 600 gm |
Water | around 300 ml |
Olive Oil | 1 teaspoon |
Sesame Homemade Bread - Seasonings:
Dark Soya Sauce | 1/2 teaspoon |
Sesame Homemade Bread - Cooking Method:
1. | Add water into flour to make a dough. |
2. | Knead the dough until springy, then flatten the dough. |
3. | Trim into a square. Brush with olive oil. |
4. | Sprinkle with small amount of flour. Roll up. |
5. | Divide into several small doughs and flatten them. |
6. | Dilute dark soya sauce with 1 tablespoon of water. Brush the surface of the doughs with the diluted soya sauce. |
7. | Sprinkle with sesame and bake for 10 minutes. Done. |
