Stir-fried Spaghetti with Assorted Mushrooms
Ingredients: (To serve 1)
Spaghetti 120g
Assorted mushrooms 40g
Cabbage (shredded) 15g
Carrot (shredded) 10g
Onion (shredded) 5g
Parsley 1g
Seasonings:
Olive oil 5g
Salt 2g
Sugar 1g
Cooking Method:
1. Bring some water to the boil and cook the spaghetti until done. Drain well and set aside.
2. Heat a wok and add the olive oil. Sauté the assorted mushrooms, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot and shredded onion until aromatic.
3. Add the spaghetti and other seasonings. Mix well and stir-fry until aromatic.
4. Garnish with parsley.
