Spaghetti | 120g |
Assorted mushrooms | 40g |
Cabbage (shredded) | 15g |
Carrot (shredded) | 10g |
Onion (shredded) | 5g |
Parsley | 1g |
Seasonings:
Olive oil | 5g |
Salt | 2g |
Sugar | 1g |
Cooking Method:
1. | Bring some water to the boil and cook the spaghetti until done. Drain well and set aside. |
2. | Heat a wok and add the olive oil. Sauté the assorted mushrooms, shredded cabbage, shredded carrot and shredded onion until aromatic. |
3. | Add the spaghetti and other seasonings. Mix well and stir-fry until aromatic. |
4. | Garnish with parsley. |
