Linguini with Assorted Fresh Mushrooms, Green round beans and Corn Kernels with Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients: (To serve 1)
Green round beans 4 pieces
Assorted fresh mushrooms 2oz
Garlic (chopped) 1 teaspoon
Corn kernels 3oz
Linguini (cooked) 6oz
Seasonings:
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Balsamic vinegar 1oz
Sesame sauce 3oz
Cooking Method:
1. Wash and cut the green round beans into sections.
2. Wash and slice the assorted fresh mushrooms.
3. Heat a pot and add the olive oil. Add and stir-fry the chopped garlic, green round beans, assorted fresh mushrooms and corn kernels until done.
4. Add linguini to the pot and stir-fry quickly, then place on a plate.
5. Pour the balsamic vinegar and sesame sauce over the linguini.
