Linguini with Assorted Fresh Mushrooms, Green round beans and Corn Kernels with Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients: (To serve 1)
Green round beans | 4 pieces |
Assorted fresh mushrooms | 2oz |
Garlic (chopped) | 1 teaspoon |
Corn kernels | 3oz |
Linguini (cooked) | 6oz |
Seasonings:
Olive oil | 1 tablespoon |
Balsamic vinegar | 1oz |
Sesame sauce | 3oz |
Cooking Method:
1. | Wash and cut the green round beans into sections. |
2. | Wash and slice the assorted fresh mushrooms. |
3. | Heat a pot and add the olive oil. Add and stir-fry the chopped garlic, green round beans, assorted fresh mushrooms and corn kernels until done. |
4. | Add linguini to the pot and stir-fry quickly, then place on a plate. |
5. | Pour the balsamic vinegar and sesame sauce over the linguini. |
