Pumpkin | 4oz |
Cloud ears | 1oz |
Chicken leg (skinless) | 8oz |
Spring onion (white part) | some |
Seasonings:
Sugar | 1⁄3 teaspoon |
Light soy sauce | 3⁄4 teaspoon |
Cornstarch | ½ teaspoon |
Cooking Method:
1. | Peel and remove the seeds of pumpkin, then slice it. Set aside. |
2. | Cut cloud ears into halves. Set aside. |
3. | Remove the fat on chicken leg, then slice it. Set aside. |
4. | Mix chicken leg slices with the seasonings, then transfer to a plate. |
5. | Add pumpkin slices, cloud ears and spring onion (white part) to the plate, then mix well. |
6. | Steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. |
