Steamed Chicken with Pumpkin and Cloud Ears
Ingredients: (To serve 1)
Pumpkin 4oz
Cloud ears 1oz
Chicken leg (skinless) 8oz
Spring onion (white part) some
Sugar 1⁄3 teaspoon
Light soy sauce 3⁄4 teaspoon
Cornstarch ½ teaspoon
Cooking Method:
1. Peel and remove the seeds of pumpkin, then slice it. Set aside.
2. Cut cloud ears into halves. Set aside.
3. Remove the fat on chicken leg, then slice it. Set aside.
4. Mix chicken leg slices with the seasonings, then transfer to a plate.
5. Add pumpkin slices, cloud ears and spring onion (white part) to the plate, then mix well.
6. Steam over medium heat for 10 minutes.
