Cooking Method:
1. | Peel and finely chop the water chestnuts. Soak the dried squid in water until softened, then finely chop the dried squid. |
2. | Season the minced pork with salt and cornstarch, then mix well. |
3. | Add the finely chopped water chestnuts and dried squid, then mix well. Press the minced pork to form a patty. |
4. | Steam the pork patty over high heat for 7 minutes. Sprinkle the finely chopped spring onion on top. |
