Ingredients: (To Serve 2)
Shrimps | 240g |
Pumpkin (chopped) | 1 bowl |
White rice | ½ cup |
Oat groats | ⅓ cup |
Water | ¼ bowl |
Onions (shredded) | 1 piece |
Spring onion (finely chopped) | Some |
Seasonings:
Salt | ⅙ teaspoon |
Ground white pepper | ½ teaspoon |
Soybean oil | 2 teaspoon |
Cooking Method:
1. | Devein and wash the shrimps thoroughly, then place them on a plate. Marinate with ground white pepper for 10 minutes. |
2. | Steam the chopped pumpkin until cooked. Wash the white rice and oat groats and place them on a plate. Add water to the rice and combine well, boil to cook oat groats rice, set aside. |
3. | Heat a wok and pour in the soybean oil. Stir-fry the shredded onions and shrimps until cooked. Add the chopped pumpkin and season with salt. |
4. | Put oat groats rice on a plate. Add the stir-fried ingredients and combine well. |
5. | Sprinkle finely chopped spring onion on top. |
