Beef Tenderloin Dices with Pears
Ingredients: (To serve 4)
Beef tenderloin dices 150g
Pear 75g
Bell peppers 40g
Garlic (finely chopped) some
Seasonings:
Salt ½ teaspoon
Sugar ½ teaspoon
Rapeseed oil 2½ teaspoons
Cooking Method:
1. Heat half of rapeseed oil in a wok, then pan-fry the beef tenderloin dices until aromatic. Set aside.
2. Cut the pear into chunks and blanch. Set aside.
3. Cut the bell peppers into pieces. Set aside.
4. Heat a wok then pour in the remaining rapeseed oil. Sauté the finely chopped garlic until aromatic.
5. Add the pear chunks, beef tenderloin dices, bell pepper pieces, salt and sugar, then sauté until done.
