Beef Tenderloin Dices with Pears
Ingredients: (To serve 4)
Beef tenderloin dices | 150g |
Pear | 75g |
Bell peppers | 40g |
Garlic (finely chopped) | some |
Seasonings:
Salt | ½ teaspoon |
Sugar | ½ teaspoon |
Rapeseed oil | 2½ teaspoons |
Cooking Method:
1. | Heat half of rapeseed oil in a wok, then pan-fry the beef tenderloin dices until aromatic. Set aside. |
2. | Cut the pear into chunks and blanch. Set aside. |
3. | Cut the bell peppers into pieces. Set aside. |
4. | Heat a wok then pour in the remaining rapeseed oil. Sauté the finely chopped garlic until aromatic. |
5. | Add the pear chunks, beef tenderloin dices, bell pepper pieces, salt and sugar, then sauté until done. |
