Noodles with mixed seafood
Ingredients: (To serve 1 to 2)
Noodles | 225g |
Scallop (chopped) | 40g |
Fish meat (chopped) | 40g |
Squid (chopped) | 40g |
Shrimp (chopped) | 40g |
Tomato (chopped) | 150g |
Fresh shiitake mushrooms (chopped) | 75g |
Fresh pineapple (chopped) | 70g |
Green pepper (chopped) | 30g |
Seasonings:
Salt | 1⁄3 teaspoon |
Sugar | 1⁄3 teaspoon |
Soybean oil | 3g |
Chicken broth | 75g |
Cooking Method:
1. | Cook the noodles in boiling water until soft and place them on a plate. |
2. | Put 1.5g of soybean oil and salt in boiling water. Blanch the chopped scallop, chopped fish meat, chopped squid and chopped shrimp until cooked. |
3. | Heat 1.5g of soybean oil in a wok. Stir-fry the chopped tomato, chopped fresh shiitake mushrooms, chopped fresh pineapple and chopped green pepper until cooked. |
4. | Add sugar, blanched ingredients and chicken broth in the wok. Stir-fry to mix well. |
5. | Remove the ingredients from the wok and place them next to the noodles. |
