Noodles with mixed seafood
Ingredients: (To serve 1 to 2)
Noodles 225g
Scallop (chopped) 40g
Fish meat (chopped) 40g
Squid (chopped) 40g
Shrimp (chopped) 40g
Tomato (chopped) 150g
Fresh shiitake mushrooms (chopped) 75g
Fresh pineapple (chopped) 70g
Green pepper (chopped) 30g
Salt 1⁄3 teaspoon
Sugar 1⁄3 teaspoon
Soybean oil 3g
Chicken broth 75g
Cooking Method:
1. Cook the noodles in boiling water until soft and place them on a plate.
2. Put 1.5g of soybean oil and salt in boiling water. Blanch the chopped scallop, chopped fish meat, chopped squid and chopped shrimp until cooked.
3. Heat 1.5g of soybean oil in a wok. Stir-fry the chopped tomato, chopped fresh shiitake mushrooms, chopped fresh pineapple and chopped green pepper until cooked.
4. Add sugar, blanched ingredients and chicken broth in the wok. Stir-fry to mix well.
5. Remove the ingredients from the wok and place them next to the noodles.
