Parma Ham & Mixed Vegetables Salad
Ingredients: (To Serve 1)
Lollo Rosso lettuce | ½oz |
Radicchio | ½oz |
Lettuce | ½oz |
Endive | ½oz |
Cherry tomato | 2 |
Apple | ½oz |
Fresh fruits | 4oz |
Parma ham | 2oz |
Seasonings:
Coarse black pepper | to taste |
Olive oil | 1 teaspoon |
Balsamic vinegar | 2oz |
Cooking Method:
1. | Wash and drain all the vegetables, set aside. |
2. | Slice the cherry tomatoes. |
3. | Mix the seasonings well to form a dressing, set aside. |
4. | Combine all the vegetables, apple and dressing well, transfer to a plate. |
5. | Place the fresh fruits on Parma ham, then roll up and put on the plate. |
