Parma Ham & Mixed Vegetables Salad
Ingredients: (To Serve 1)
Lollo Rosso lettuce ½oz
Radicchio ½oz
Lettuce ½oz
Endive ½oz
Cherry tomato 2
Apple ½oz
Fresh fruits 4oz
Parma ham 2oz
Seasonings:
Coarse black pepper to taste
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Balsamic vinegar 2oz
Cooking Method:
1. Wash and drain all the vegetables, set aside.
2. Slice the cherry tomatoes.
3. Mix the seasonings well to form a dressing, set aside.
4. Combine all the vegetables, apple and dressing well, transfer to a plate.
5. Place the fresh fruits on Parma ham, then roll up and put on the plate.
