Stir-fried Green Beans with Chinese Preserved Olive and Minced Pork
Ingredients: (To Serve 4)
Minced pork | 200g |
Green beans | 600g |
Chinese preserved olive | ½ teaspoon |
Chopped garlic | some |
Seasonings:
Ground white pepper | 1 teaspoon |
Sugar | 4 teaspoons |
Light soya sauce | 1 teaspoon |
Olive oil | 3 teaspoons |
Chicken powder | ½ teaspoon |
Salt | ½ teaspoon |
Oyster sauce | 1½ teaspoon |
Cooking Method:
1. | Marinate the minced pork with ground white pepper, 2 teaspoons of sugar and light soya sauce for 20 minutes. |
2. | Wash and cut the green beans into sections. Blanch the green beans until done. Drain and set aside. |
3. | Heat a work using medium-high heat, then add minced pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Take out and set aside. |
4. | Add olive oil into the wok, stir-fry the green beans using medium heat until dry. |
5. | Add minced pork and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add Chinese preserved olive and chopped garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute. |
6. | Add chicken powder, 2 teaspoons of sugar, salt and oyster sauce, then stir thoroughly. |
