Simmered choy sum, Chinese salsify, fungus and horned water chestnut
Ingredients: (To Serve 4)
Choy sum | 320g |
Horned water chestnut | 100g |
Chinese yam | 80g |
Wood ears | 30g |
Seasonings:
Salt | 3g |
Water | 650ml |
Cooking Method:
1. | Wash the choy sum and set aside. |
2. | Add salt in boiling water. Put the choy sum, horned water chestnut, Chinese yam and wood ears in boiling water until cooked. Take out and set aside. |
3. | Put the ingredients inside a clay pot in the following order: horned water chestnut, choy sum, Chinese yam and wood ears . Add water and bring it to the boil. |
