Simmered choy sum, Chinese salsify, fungus  and horned water chestnut
Ingredients: (To Serve 4)
Choy sum 320g
Horned water chestnut 100g
Chinese yam 80g
Wood ears 30g
Seasonings:
Salt 3g
Water 650ml
Cooking Method:
1. Wash the choy sum and set aside.
2. Add salt in boiling water. Put the choy sum, horned water chestnut, Chinese yam and wood ears in boiling water until cooked. Take out and set aside.
3. Put the ingredients inside a clay pot in the following order: horned water chestnut, choy sum, Chinese yam and wood ears . Add water and bring it to the boil.
