Stir-fried Beef with Kiwifruits and Dragon Fruit
Serve about 3 to 5 persons
Kiwifruits2 medium
Dragon fruit1 large
Beef fillets2 slices
Garlic3 cloves, chopped
Japanese sake2 teaspoons
Light soy sauce1 teaspoon
Corn flour2 teaspoons
Ground black pepperSmall amount
Soy sauce1 teaspoon
Sugar1/2 teaspoon
Preparation Method:
1.Wash beef fillets and wipe off water with kitchen towel. Cut into big cubes and mix with marinade. Leave for half hour.
2.Peel kiwifruits and dragon fruit. Rinse and cut into big cubes.
3.Heat wok. Add small amount of oil. Fry garlic and beef cubes until one side of cubes turns golden brown. Fry the other side until almost done. Then mix in seasoning and fruit cubes. Stir-fry briefly and serve hot.
