Prawns and Green Round Beans with Bell Pepper
Ingredients: (To Serve 6)
Prawns 100g
Bell pepper 30g
Green round beans 125g
Broth 60ml
Seasonings:
Salt ¼ teaspoon
Cornstarch ⅓ teaspoon
Soybean oil ⅓ teaspoon
Cooking Method:
1. Remove the shell and vein of the prawns. Wash and marinate the prawns with ¼ teaspoon of salt and ⅓ teaspoon of cornstarch. Set aside.
2. Cut the bell pepper into wedges. Set aside.
3. Blanch the green round beans and spirally wrap them around the prawns.
4. Pour the oil into a wok and heat it up. Pan-fry the bean-wrapped prawns until half cooked. Put in the bell pepper and broth. Cook until the ingredients are done.
