Soba Noodles with Assorted Fruits and Sea Buckthorn Seed
Soba noodles blended with various kinds of fruits are rich in dietary fibre.  The use of sea buckthorn seed vinegar makes the dish more appetizing.
Ingredients (Serve 4):
Soba Noodles150 gm
Orange30 gm
Apple30 gm
Dried Fig20 gm
Dried Apricot20 gm
Cooking Method:
1.Soak soba noodles in cold water.
2.Peel and dice orange and apple. Set aside.
3.Finely dice dried fig and apricot. Set aside.
4.Place soba noodles on a plate, sprinkle with fresh and dried fruits.
5.Pour sauce over and serve.
Sea Buckthorn Seed Vinegar - Ingredients
Sea Buckthorn Seed50 gm
Red Wine Vinegar3 tablespoons
Water6 tablespoons
Sea salt1/2 teaspoon
Cane Sugar1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil1/2 teaspoon
Cooking Method:
1.Mix all Ingredients well by a mixer.
