Courtesy Visit

To maintain a strong partnership with members, DH will continue to send officers to drop by at ESRs for courtesy visits and advise them on the provision of EatSmart dishes and the proper use of promotional materials. We hope they will continue to offer the public a greater variety of healthy Eatsmart Dishes of a higher quality. ESRs are cordially invited to note the points below:

 

  • Offer at least five EatSmart Dishes (including "Dishes With More Fruit and Vegetables" and "3 Less Dishes") every day in certain business hours as designated by ESRs themselves.
  • Ensure the best use of EatSmart Restaurant product information and promotional materials at the point of purchase so that customers can recognise EatSmart Dishes easily; this includes display of EatSmart Restaurant decals at the entrance and attachment of EatSmart stickers in menus.
  • Ensure that copies of the "Customer Opinion Form" are available for customers' use.
