EatSmart Restaurants@Food Expo 2014…Each year, the Department of Health (DH) promotes healthy eating at the Food Expo, one of the largest food fairs in Asia. As usual, we will pick two EatSmart Restaurants (ESRs) and invite them to do cooking demonstrations on 14 and 15 August at the Food Expo 2014. Visitors of the event will not only appreciate the culinary art of the chefs from selected ESRs, but also participate in a tasting of their EatSmart Dishes.
On-line Discounts for EatSmart DishesThe thematic website of the "EatSmart@restaurant.hk" Campaign (http://restaurant.eatsmart.gov.hk) provides you with a platform where you can market your EatSmart Dishes free of charge. Then your restaurants will soon be packed with customers who come to try your tempting EatSmart Dishes at discounted prices!
