Mixed Mushrooms with Garlic

"3 Less" and "More Fruit and Vegetables" Dish

Mushrooms are highly nutritious. Being low in fat, high in fibre and rich in vitamins and minerals, they are healthy ingredients for dishes.

Ingredients to serve 2

Fresh straw mushrooms

10

Fresh oyster mushrooms

10

Enokitake mushrooms

1/2 bag (100 g)

Canola oil

2 teaspoons

Crushed garlic

Some

Black pepper, crushed

1/4

 

Seasonings

Light soya sauce

1 teaspoon

Chicken stock

1 teaspoon

 

Cooking Method

  1. Blanch the straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms and enokitake mushrooms. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry the garlic and black pepper until the smell comes out. Add the mushrooms, and then the seasonings. Stir-fry until well done. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake at 180°C for 3 minutes and serve.
