Message from Tasting Team

The prawns, cooked al dente, were served with fresh materials like lettuce, eggplant and tomato. The mashed eggplant, because of its special taste, was a superb companion for the prawns. The crispy and juicy tomato dices offered extra bonus to the dish. What an appetiser! Enjoyable in many ways.
