This distinctive hot pot soup features whisked egg yolk simmered in a soup base of assorted mushrooms. The silky-smooth yolk liquid soaks up the flavours from the soup. The food items that come with this hot pot are, among others, seven-coloured homemade cuttlefish balls stuffed with beetroot, pumpkin, yellow capsicum, spinach, spring onion or purple-coloured sweet potato.
