Cooking Tips

Slow poaching depends on two things- temperature and time. To ensure the pork is fully done, it is cooked at a temperature of 65°C steadily for about 45 minutes.

Message from Tasting Team

Slowly poached in warm water, the pork is very moist, succulent and savoury, which is topped with a crispy layer of pan-fried herbs, minced garlic and breadcrumbs.
