Japanese Snow Crab Stick Noodle Coated with Sauce

Feature

Among all seafood, crabmeat contains very little fat and cholesterol and also high in protein. It is a good choice for people who want to lose weight.

Ingredients to serve 1

Japanese Ramen Noodle (raw)

1 piece (100 g)

Japanese Snow Crab Stick

50 g

Cucumber (shredded)

30 g

Carrot (shredded)

30 g

Cabbage (shredded)

30 g

Onion (shredded)

30 g

 

Sauce

Japanese Soya Sauce

2 teaspoons

Mirin

2 teaspoons

Sake

2 teaspoons

Water

3 teaspoons

Rock Sugar

2 g

 

Cooking Method

  1. Bring water to a boil. Cook ramen noodle until done. Transfer to a plate. Set aside.
  2. Blanch cucumber, carrot, cabbage and onion. Place them over noodle.
  3. Lightly branch crab stick. Place on vegetable mixture. Serve with sauce on side.

 

Making Sauce

  • Heat all ingredients till rock sugar dissolved.
