Briefing Session on “EatSmart@restaurant.hk” Campaign

The Department of Health organised the sixth briefing session for “EatSmart@restaurant.hk” Campaign on 28 May 2008. Up to now. 423 staff from 106 food premises have participated in the briefing sessions. Please call 2572 1476 for information on enrolment process.

Participants sitting the test. Nominated staff who can demonstrate competency after the briefing session will be regarded as "trained" personnel.

 

EatSmart Restaurant

To become an EatSmart Restaurant, a food premises required to undergo an assessment and pledge to offer no less than five or more EatSmart Dishes – “More Fruit and Vegetables” and “3 Less” Dishes in total everyday in selected business hours. The Training Restaurants of Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre and Chinese Cuisine Training Institute has successfully registered as our first member.
