The Department of Health Goes to Culinary School

The Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre (HITDC) and the Chinese Cuisine Training Institute (CCTI) of the Vocational Training Council provide practical training in Western and Chinese Cuisines. For the health and enjoyment of Hong Kong people, the Department of Health now gets into the two institutes to learn how healthier cooking skills are passed on.
