Stir-fried Green Beans with Chinese Preserved Olive and Minced Pork

Ingredients: (To Serve 4)
Minced pork 200g
Green beans 600g
Chinese preserved olive ½ teaspoon
Chopped garlic some
Seasonings:
Ground white pepper 1 teaspoon
Sugar 4 teaspoons
Light soya sauce 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 3 teaspoons
Chicken powder ½ teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Oyster sauce 1½ teaspoon
Cooking Method:
1. Marinate the minced pork with ground white pepper, 2 teaspoons of sugar and light soya sauce for 20 minutes.
2. Wash and cut the green beans into sections. Blanch the green beans until done. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat a work using medium-high heat, then add minced pork and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Take out and set aside.
4. Add olive oil into the wok, stir-fry the green beans using medium heat until dry.
5. Add minced pork and stir-fry for 1 minute, then add Chinese preserved olive and chopped garlic. Stir-fry for 1 minute.
6. Add chicken powder, 2 teaspoons of sugar, salt and oyster sauce, then stir thoroughly.
