Attend Briefing Session possibly faster enrollment in EatSmart Restaurant
Restaurants that are interested in signing up as ESRs should design EatSmart recipes by taking reference from the nutritional criteria as set
by DH, and then submit at least five such recipes to the Campaign Secretariat 5 working days before the Briefing Session for vetting. On the day of the event, at least two staff members (restaurant staff responsible for operation and menu
planning, e.g. restaurant manager and chef) should be nominated by the restaurant to attend it. If the recipes submitted by these restaurants meet the said nutritional criteria, then they can become EatSmart Restaurants (ESRs) faster
after attending the Briefing Session.
The Campaign is devoted to promotion of member restaurants free of charge on various platforms, in the hope that the restaurants will establish themselves as customer-centric and health-oriented restaurants. If you want to be an ESR too,
please read the application procedures below, then complete the enrolment form for the Briefing Session event and send it back to the Campaign
