Grilled Sandwich with Cheese and Egg
Sylvia LAM, Chairlady of Hong Kong Dietitians Association, said "Cheese is rich in calcium; 1.5 slice of cheese contains an amount of calcium equivalent to that from one cup of milk. As it contains a lower level of lactose than milk, it is more suitable for those who are lactose-intolerant."
Ingredients (Serve 1):
Egg1
Low-fat cheese1 slice
Bread2 slices
Canola-olive oil1/2 teaspoon
Cooking Method:
1.Preheat the sandwich grill.
2.Beat the egg. Let stand.
3.Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the beaten egg. Quick-stir to fry until done. Let stand.
4.Put a slice of bread in the sandwich grill. Put the cheese and the scrambled egg on. Top with the other slice of bread, and grill for three minutes to serve.
