Japanese Snow Crab Stick Noodle Coated with Sauce

Ingredients (Serve 1):
Japanese Ramen Noodle (raw) | 1 piece (100 gm) |
Japanese Snow Crab Stick | 50 gm |
Cucumber (shredded) | 30gm |
Carrot (shredded) | 30gm |
Cabbage (shredded) | 30gm |
Onion (shredded) | 30gm |
Ingredients of Sauce:
Japanese Soya Sauce | 2 teaspoons |
Mirin | 2 teaspoons |
Sake | 2 teaspoons |
Water | 3 teaspoons |
Rock Sugar | 2 gm |
Making Sauce:
1. | Heat all Ingredients till rock sugar dissolved. |
Cooking Method:
1. | Bring water to a boil. Cook ramen noodle until done. Transfer to a plate. Set aside. |
2. | Blanch cucumber, carrot, cabbage and onion. Place them over noodle. |
3. | Lightly blanch crab stick. Place on vegetable mixture. Serve with sauce on side. |
