Kit MAK – Special Festival Menu Kit observes that more and more people have adopted a healthy way of eating, and healthy food such as brown rice and vegetable oils are becoming more popular.

As the Christmas and Chinese New Year are around the corner, Kit suggested a special festival menu.



Starter Fruit punch, grape juice, and salad with apple and orange slices.
Soup Beef shin soup with mixed vegetables.
Main course Grilled chicken with couscous cooked in broth, tomatoes and onion.
Dessert Blueberry and mint cocktail, and rosemary pudding.
