High fibre choice - 3 Less choice - boiled prawn with tomato and egg white I am going mad with my job! I do not have any mood to think about the dinner. I hop into a Chinese style tea restaurant near my home to have some food so that I can have more time to sleep.

You may think that Chinese style tea restaurants often offer oily dishes. But there are actually healthier choices. Pick the dishes with red logos (3 Less Dishes) and green logos (Dishes with More Fruit and Vegetables)! In the Chinese style tea restaurant, I order boiled prawn with tomato and egg white. Tomato is rich in potassium which helps to maintain a normal range of blood pressure. Tomato also contains many vitamins and lycopene, and both help to maintain health. What is lycopene? Lycopene is a phytoceutical compound with antioxidant effect. Frequent consumption of lycopene can reduce the chance of stroke and coronary heart disease. If you don't like tomato, you may eat other food containing lycopene, e.g. watermelon, papaya, and pomelo with red fruit. The tomato smells a little bit sour and stimulates my appetite. It goes well with the crispy prawn and fresh egg white. The dish makes me think of the home-made dishes prepared by my mother!

Under the threat of influenza, you should observe environmental hygiene and wash your hands frequently as well as maintain body resistance. I always have fresh fruit and vegetables as part of a balanced diet in order to promote optimal health. With that and regular exercise and enough rest, our health would benefit to fight against flu pandemic.
